New East Village nightclub Bantam is expanding into its 1,000 square foot backyard and opening "The Patio" next Thursday, notes Bowery Boogie. Bantam is located at 17 Stanton Street in the former Elsinore space. The new outdoor lounge, decorated by nightlife maven Steve Lewis, will be both weatherproof and climate controlled. [BB]
