VEGASWIRE — Eater Vegas learns that Grimaldi's Pizzeria plans to open its newest location at the Shoppes at the Palazzo by June. This will be the second Las Vegas opening for the chain, which now has more than 25 locations across the country. The original's in Brooklyn, and the newest spot will bring in a chemist to get the water composition to match that of the New York pies. [Eater Vegas]
WEST VILLAGE — 10 Downing is giving up its new American theme and turning in to a French bistro called La Villette. Plans are to have the space function as a, "full service French restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner." There are also rumors that Jack's Stir Brew Coffee will somehow be associated with the space. [Grub Street]
