The CB3's liquor licensing committee voted in favor of shuttered Lower East Side bar Le Lupanar, supporting their request to extend hours from midnight to 4 a.m., reports The Lo-Down. The bar closed voluntarily last April after underage drinking allegations were filed with the State Supreme Court. The ultimate decision is still up to the State Liquor Authority and the full board which will vote next week. [TLD]
