John “Cha Cha” Ciarcia, who owned the now demolished Cha Cha's in Coney Island, is opening a new outdoor beer garden near the boardwalk called Cha Cha’s Outdoor Club Atlantis Bar. The restaurateur also recently opened Cha Cha’s Coney Island Seafood Bar & Pizzeria on Surf Avenue. Now, all the members of the "Coney Island 8" have officially returned to the boardwalk for the summer. [ATZ]
