New York is about to get cedar-planked, wasabi-drenched, and smothered in garlic cheese: the Times reports that celebrity chef/human lava lamp Guy Fieri is opening a restaurant in Times Square this fall. This won't be a branch of Johnny Garlic's or Tex Wasabi's, but rather a brand new dining concept called Guy's American Kitchen and Bar.
