Last summer, David Chang hinted that he might offer the first Momofuku Noodle Bar menu with the original prices on the restaurant's seventh birthday. Those plans fell through, probably because it would have been a total mob scene. But now, New York City diners are about to get one more chance to eat the old-school Momo dishes, just at a different restaurant.
Justin Warner, the owner of Bed Stuy's Do or Dine, tells Eater that his crew will serve the original Noodle Bar menu on June 3, which is the restaurant's first birthday. This will be their own version of Chang's food, but the prices will be the same. Of course, this is not endorsed by David Chang in any way whatsoever. For a refresher, check out the original menu here.
