Holy. Bananas. Daniel Humm and Will Guidara have finally revealed what they've got planned for the swanky outdoor roof space of their instant-hit, The Nomad. The Times reports that in three weeks, the duo will start serving five course tasting menus for $125 per person up on the roof. Humm & Guidara will offer tickets to these dinners each morning at 11 a.m. for that evening's meal. So, if it's going to rain that night, no tickets will be available.
The rooftop space includes a small kitchen, and an indoor lobby area with a bar. But presumably, all the dining will be outside or in the enclosed Cupola, which seats about six guests. Also: there's a zero percent chance of Snuggies and bottle service up there, but maybe that will change in the winter or fall.
Tickets for the rooftop dinners go on sale June 7.
