Rosemary's Reveals Its Fresh Face to the West Village

White tile galore.
White tile galore.

The plywood has finally been stripped from Rosemary's, the forthcoming restaurant from Bobo's Carlos Suarez. Two and a half years ago, the space housed paper goods store Village Paper. After it burned down, several restaurateurs eyed the location, including Sir Keith McNally and the team from Pieces. After some back and forth with the CB 2, Carlos Suarez won approval for a beer and wine license in November of 2010. Rosemary's will feature Italian fare from chef/partner Cedric Tovar, who previously worked at Town and Peacock Alley. Expect a grand opening some time in early June.
