Sneak Peeks

mission_chinese_food_12_auction.jpgDanny Bowien dropped by the Food & Wine offices yesterday to prepare some of the dishes he's made famous at Mission Chinese. Some of the samples included Sichuan peppercorn-coated chicken wings, a smoky Kung Pao pastrami, and hot 'n' sour rib tips with sesame seeds. Mission Chinese Food NYC should open in about three weeks. [FW]
