Brian Nasworthy Named Chef at New Beatrice Inn

New, 9 comments

The reincarnated Beatrice Inn will rise from the grave in about four weeks, principal owner Emil Varda tells Eater today. And fear not West Villagers: this time around the former club will actually function as restaurant, a neighborhood chop house to be exact. Varda and his partners, including interior design mastermind and noted big shot Graydon Carter, have brought on chef Brian Nasworthy, who spent five years as a sous chef at Per Se. His menu "will consist of innovative takes on classic chop house fare."

As for the room, it's going to be both "charming" and "understated," Varda promises, and and the the sign looks raring and ready to go. Expect more details as the restaurant's debut approaches.
