Arthur on Smith is the new Brooklyn project from chef Joe Isidori and resto-blogger Bruce Buschel, both of Southfork Kitchen in Montauk. The food here is a mix of Italian and New American, with dishes like smoked duck "saltimbocca," gnocchi with pork ragu, and Maine mussels fra diavolo. Many of the dishes on the menu feature ingredients that are sourced form local farms and purveyors, and the space has a rustic, somewhat eco-chic vibe.
