2012_3_inseason.jpgRob Patronite and Robin Raisfeld, the New York Magazine Underground Gourmet critics and the duo in charge of the mag's opening listings, scored a cookbook deal. They will transform their weekly "In Season" column—where chefs share a recipe of a foodstuff that is in season that week—into a 140-recipe cookbook. It's called In Season and should debut this fall.
