There's some good news today for the fans of Fleur de Sel, the high-end Flatiron restaurant from chef Cyril Renaud that closed back in 2009. According to The Pink Pig, now that the chef has transformed his casual joint Bar Breton into the more refined Quenelle, the food is close to being like that of Fleur de Sel.
