Today we learn some juicy details about the new restaurant that Ken Friedman and April Bloomfield want to open at 264 Bleecker Street, via a note from the chef and restaurateur that was taped inside the lobby of a nearby building (pictured above, click to enlarge). Clearly, they're making a strong effort to get in good with the neighbors before that Community Board 2 meeting next week — total pro move.

The new project will feature a menu "similar in style to the menu for The Spotted Pig and The Breslin," with about 45 seats and 15 bar stools, and service starting in the morning and rolling till late at night. Check out all the specs above.
