The operators of the Europa Cafe on the ground floor of the Empire State Building are upset about the scaffolding that's in front of their restaurant. They claim that the construction has cut into their business by 25%, and they're currently seeking $10.4 million in compensation from the owners of the famed building. [The Real Deal]
