Forager's City Grocer to Open Friday; New Sixpoint Site

CHELSEA— Flo Fab reports that Foragers Market, the Dumbo food shop, is opening up Foragers City Grocer in Chelsea this Friday. They sell locally sourced produce, have a fish counter and a butcher, and its eggs will be delivered within 24 hours of being laid. There will be an adjacent wine store, and a dedicated restaurant will open in a few weeks. [DJ]

MURRAY HILL— Brunch launched last weekend at meat-centric bar and restaurant The Cannibal. They serve items like grilled cheese with bacon and pork belly, soft scrambled egg sandwiches, and granola with Greek yogurt from 11 AM - 4 PM for now and will open at 9 AM when the back yard opens up.
