The Times reports that Alan and Michael Stillman—the father and son team behind Smith & Wollensky, Hurricane Club, and Quality Meats — are trying to update their 16-year-old Midtown East restaurant Maloney & Porcelli. Recognizing that the game has changed, the restaurant, popular in the mid-90s, will sport a new food and drink menu, new lighting and design, some updated music and even new garb for the staff. [NYT]
