Williamsburg's Kinfolk Studios is not only home to hot new Nordic pop-up Frej, but also another temporary restaurant called Yuji Ramen. The menu changes all the time, but it looks like they're serving a mix of noodles and composed seafood dishes like scallop sashimi and tuna tartare.
