A First Look at the Menus of The Nomad, Opening Today

Tonight, Eleven Madison Park's Daniel Humm and Will Guidara will open The Nomad, their new all-day restaurant, bar, and lounge in the Nomad Hotel. Here now is a peek at the various menus that will be served throughout the day. The dinner menu features meaty dishes like suckling pig, beef with bone marrow, and a whole roasted chicken for two, as well as several vegetable dishes like an entree of carrots with duck skin (it's $22, btw) and another main course of asparagus with black truffles. Guests can order a la carte, but there's also a 7-course family-style tasting for $125 per person. Also: bottle service.

UPDATE: The dinner menu that was posted earlier was from a friends and family service, hence the note about the complimentary food. Here's the menu that will be served tonight:
