The Tribeca Citizen hears that a new gourmet food hall is coming to the old Biscuits and Bath space at 102 Franklin Street called All Good Things. The rumor is that the 2,000 square-foot space will feature stalls from Blue Bottle, Dickson's Farmstand Meats, Blue Marble Ice Cream, Sag Harbor's Cavaniola Cheese, Nunu Chocolates, and Orwasher's Bakery. The plans also apparently include a 45-seat restaurant in the basement that "resembles a Shaker meeting house." And, on the retail side, there are spaces for a flower vendor, a fishmonger, and a bookstore.
The word is that the new food hall should open in early summer. Although none of the big names attached to this project have officially announced their involvement yet, there's a placeholder site set up for the food hall. If you have any tips related to All Good Things, you know where to send them.
