Landbrot, Harlem Public, Tribeca Canvas All Coming Soon

1) West Village and Lower East Side: Flor Fab learns that Landbrot, a long in coming German bakery, will open a location on 137 7th Avenue South and one on 185 Orchard on April 1. They will sell dark rye bread, pretzels, rolls, and classic German pastries. [POST-PLYWOOD]

2) East Village: EV Grieve notices that a new espresso bar called La Betola is opening soon on East 6th Street between Avenues A and B. [PLYWOOD]

3) Midtown: Midtown Lunch reports that Macaron Cafe will open up a new location on 3rd Avenue between 46th and 47th St. They serve macarons and baked goods in addition to sandwiches. [PLYWOOD]

4) Midtown: Midtown Lunch also notes that a new location of Five Guys is coming to the old Yoshinoya space in Times Square. [PLYWOOD]

5) DoBro: Brownstoner has a picture of iCrave, a new soft serve place opening sometime soon in a storefront on Court Street between Schermerhorn and State. A poster promises "21 fantastic flavors." [PLYWOOD]

6) Tribeca: Tribeca Citizen gets a peek inside Tribeca Canvas, which is Masaharu Morimoto’s long-in-the-works project. It looks like the bar is built, but there's still a long way to go. [PLYWOOD]

7) Harlem: Harlem Bespoke learns that a new cocktail lounge is opening soon at 3612 Broadway called Harlem Public. Plywood is up across the front of the space, but the owners recently posted a rendering of the facade on the bar's Facebook page. [PLYWOOD]
