UPPER EAST SIDE — Grub Street learns that the new project from the Il Mulino team on East 60th Street won't be a direct copy of their West Village restaurant, but rather a new concept called Bisteca. Many of the classics from the old restaurant will make the transition, but the new menu will be centered around steaks. The owners are shooting for a June or July opening. [Grub Street]
