Jérôme Husson Makes Benoit’s Bourdaloue Tart

New, 2 comments

The original Benoit in Paris is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year, and to mark the centennial, the Benoit NYC team has made the above video of Pastry Chef Jérôme Husson creating Benoit’s Bourdaloue Tart. Any fan of the Eater original series Sound Bites should dig what's going on above.

And here's another way to celebrate: the restaurant is offering a special seasonal, three-course $75 a person menu, which includes a glass of sparkling wine, featuring classics like duck foie gras terrine and filet mignon with bone marrow and Bordelaise.
