Dave Arnold, of FCI and Booker and Dax, is always game for a culinary challenge. So as a Bodega Week special, we asked him to make a fancy-pants cocktail from cheap hooch and salty snacks found at the local corner store. He produced a michelada made from Olde English 800 malt liquor, Sriracha, limes, roasted red peppers, and Jalapeno Pringles. Check out Dave's bodega wizardry in action:
