2012_03_thedl.jpgNew Down Low operating partner Paul Seres wants everyone to know that it's the dawn of a whole new day at the former Ludlow Manor space. Seres explains that the DL operators "have been around for a long time," but "they fell upon some bad advice" when they decided to open the club without having a liquor license in place for its second and third floors. Seres says the restaurant is now fully open and they have hired an A+ team of consultants, publicists and lobbyists to help get the rest of the building licensed and open. [Lo-Down]
