Fatty Crab's chef Corwin Kave made a trio of bodega-inspired treats for Bodega Week: a vanilla soft serve King Cone with salted caramel, a Chipwich made with chocolate chip cookies, and an Italian Icee with tarragon, mango, and basil. In the clip below, he talks about each dish and says: "It's funny when we first started talking about Bodega Week, we just wanted to sell loosies from the bar?but instead we decided to do dessert." They're available through tomorrow night at Fatty Crab UWS.
