TRIBECA — Here's a shot inside Aamanns, the forthcoming Danish smorrebrod restaurant. It looks just about ready to open. [EaterWire]

CHAIN REACTIONSCommerce owner Tony Zazula, who famously instituted a credit cards-only policy at his West Village restaurant, is planning a new chain of fast casual places. He's currently scouting locations in New York for the first restaurant, and he plans to continue the no-cash policy there. No word yet on what kind of food it will serve. [American Banker]

WILLIAMsBURG — The Back Bar at The Bedford is now serving a few "layered shots," those novelty cocktails where the booze is stacked in layers. One is made with fresh shucked oysters, vodka, and homemade clamato juice, and another is made with Sailor Jerry rum and ginger beer. Each shot is $6. [EaterWire]

WEST VILLAGE — Both locations of Yerba Buena are launching Paella Mondays, where guests can enjoy $10 cocktails and four kinds of paella for $22 per person. They're also kicking off Pulque Tuesdays, where they're going to offer $10 pulque cocktails and botanas. [EaterWire]
