The Post learns that a group of three hot dog vendors collectively racked up nearly $1 million in unpaid Health Department fines. To avoid getting busted, the vendors applied for new permits every few years using fake names and social security numbers. All three men were called to court recently for not paying the fines, but none of them showed up. [NYP]
