Vendors In Trouble

2012_street_vendor_dog_12.jpgThe Post learns that a group of three hot dog vendors collectively racked up nearly $1 million in unpaid Health Department fines. All three men were called to court recently for not paying the fines, but none of them showed up. [NYP]
