Changes at Jean Georges

2012_jgv-changes1.jpgJean-Georges Vongerichten announces a few changes at his four-star flagship restaurant. Long-time employee Mark Lapico was just promoted to executive chef, and Erik Battes, formerly of Perry Street, is now the chef de cuisine. Vongerichten also notes that he's going to renovate Jean Georges and Nougatine this spring. [JGV]
