All throughout Bodega Week, Tyler Kord's hot new Greenpoint restaurant No. 7 Sub will be serving a special dish inspired by a bodega classic: the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. Kord's version uses a "Mongolian soft-boiled fried egg," feta cheese, smoked ketchup, and Canadian bacon. In the clip above, Kord visits a bodega near his restaurant to get some inspiration, then heads into the kitchen to create his own take on the dish.
