Bill's Gay Nineties Will Shutter March 24 Says Bartender

Back in November, rumors swirled that chef John DeLucie was in talks to take over the building of onetime speakeasy and Midtown staple Bill's Gay Nineties. Later Bill's filed for bankruptcy and the building was sold. Now a bartender tells blog Tripping with Marty that the venerable bar's last night in service will be March 24.

The good news is the owners still plan on relocating the entire operation and all of its boxing memorabilia to a new location.
