2012_02_wickedwillysmall.jpgA Manhattan Supreme Court judge has thrown out a lawsuit against a Wicked Willy's Bar in Greenwich Village, where the plaintiff was seeking payment for injuries he suffered after playing hours of beer pong. 22 year-old New Jersey resident Alan Berger claimed that the bar was liable for allowing him to excessively drink beer during an hours-long beer pong game, after which he took a bus back to New Jersey and tried to walk across Highway 9 and got hit by a car.
