Pastry legend Francois Payard will open the third iteration of his growing bakery chain FPB at 3 Columbus Circle at West 57th Street and Broadway, the Post reports. The bakery will encompass 1,100 square feet, will offer some seating, and should open in the next four to six months. Payard is also planning a flagship for the Upper East Side and more unnamed locations. [NYP]
