Hot Chefs Round 1: Sagadraca, Derby, Lenk, Mullen

Voting in Eater's fourth annual Hottest Chefs Competition continues today, with the fourth heat of the first round. Today John Sagadraca, a sous chef at Brooklyn's Colonie faces off against Francis Derby, the chef and owner of new Soho restaurant King, Monika Lenk of Pizza Roma in the West Village, and Tertulia's Seamus Mullen.

The victor of this heat will face the winners of the other seven first round battles, including Wednesday's winner Vikas Khanna, Wong's Blake Joyal, and former Top Cheffer Ashley Merriman.
