Colicchio Expands to the Hamptons; CookieBar Pops Up

THE HAMPTONSTom Colicchio is headed to the beach. Flo Fab reports that the chef is taking over a 22-room hotel and spa in Bridgehampton which was once known as the Bull's Head Inn. Colicchio's restaurant within the hotel will "probably" focus on vegetables. [DJ]
