Blue Ivy Carter Makes Her Debut at Sant Ambroeus

Megastar Beyonce and rapper husband Jay-Z introduced their newborn Blue Ivy Carter to a very important rite of passage this weekend: Saturday brunch in the West Village. The seven week-old's first ever public outing took place at the sometimes sceney Sant Ambroeus Saturday afternoon, dozens of paparazzi shots (and a manager) confirm.
