The Bohemian National Hall, home to one-star Czech beer hall Hospoda, has had to scale back their parties because of complaints from one very vocal neighbor. At a community board meeting last night, she remarked, "They have completely disregarded our building in terms of noise...I’m almost ready to go out in my pajamas and scream at them at seven in the morning or late at night."
