Defying No Odds, Ryan Skeen Parts Ways with Pera Soho

Peripatetic chef Ryan Skeen, who keeps getting hired at restaurants in New York City, has parted ways with the two month-old restaurant Pera Soho because of "disparate operational and culinary styles that made a continued association untenable to both parties."
