Mark the Moment: Wednesday, February 8th, from 6-8pm at Mary Queen of Scots, Eater will once again join forces with The Glenlivet to pair premium single malt Scotch with dishes from world-renowned chefs Bill Dorrler of Osteria Mornini, executive chef of Altamarea Group, Gordon Finn and father-son duo Jean-Georges and Cedric Vongerichten of Perry St, as well as Mary Queen of Scott's own Chris Rendell.
In celebration of Eater’s Mark the Moment video series, where we’ve explored mentor/mentee relationships and career-defining moments in the lives of chefs (check out videos from Dorrler and Michael White and the Vongerichtens), you’ll have the chance to introduce the complexities of The Glenlivet to a close friend, or perhaps just rediscover it for yourself.
