Yesterday, reports came in that Bill Telepan, Drew Nieporent, and reps from '21' Club, Yankee Stadium, Mario Batali's restaurant group, the Glazier Group, and City Winery toured the Tavern on the Green space as potential operators of the pared down space when it reopens in 2013. The Wall Street Journal and The Times add that Mario Carbone and Jeff Zalaznick of Torrisi Italian Specialties were there, as was Dave Arnold, of the French Culinary Institute and new Momofuku bar Booker & Dax.
