Recently Times critic Pete Wells has given two stars (Parm) and three stars (Il Buco Alimentari & Vineria) to restaurants that double as sandwich shops. He awards stars to the calamari and garlic knots, to salumi and short ribs, but let's make no mistake: these places serve sandwiches. Delicious, delicious sandwiches.
