Vikas Khanna Is Once Again New York's Hottest Chef

Along a long night of voting and with not a small amount of help from his very vocal voting block in India, Junoon's chef Vikas Khanna defeated vegan hottie Sarma Melngailis to once again win the title of New York's Hottest Chef. On Tuesday he will go on to do battle with the winners from our other Eater cities. And then maybe next year he'll sit the contest out to give a chance to some of New York's other contenders.
