Koch Brothers Go To War With Ginza Group Over MPD

New, 1 comment

The marriage of the brunch loving Koch brothers and the mysterious Ginza Group from Russia at MPD seemed doomed from the start, so the fact that the two groups are now going through a messy divorce should surprise no one. According to a recently filed lawsuit, the Koch brothers allege that the Ginza Group owes them $160,000 in unpaid management fees that they have been unable to collect. The Koch's then decided to simply walk away from the restaurant over the money, and are now alleging that the Ginza Group is illegally using the valuable MPD brand at the restaurant that really belongs to the Koch brothers. This sounds eerily similar to the recent Bagatelle story that resulted in the managers of that clubstaurant walking away with their brand.
