Vegetarian favorites Candle Cafe and its more upscale sister Candle 79 are expanding from the Upper East Side to the Upper West Side. The new Candle Cafe West located at 2427 Broadway between 89th and 90th Streets (in the old Accademia di Vino space) will be a hybrid of the two eateries and should open by April 1. [MUW]
