Roberto Aita, the chef and partner at Williamsburg neighborhood spot Fiore is leaving that restaurant to open a new restaurant, possibly called Aita, in the former Speakeasy space in Clinton Hill. The restaurant, which already has liquor license approval, should open in three to four months and will serve items like oxtail ravioli with bone marrow and roasted whiting with salsa verde. [IC]
