President Obama Scores a Table at ABC Kitchen

The Daily News reports that President Obama will attend a fundraising dinner at Jean-Georges Vongerichten's wildly popular farm-to-table restaurant ABC Kitchen on March 1. A handful of celebrities are expected to join The President that night, including Diane Von Furstenberg, Deepak Chopra, Russell Simmons, and Vince from Entourage.

In the past, The President has held similar fat cat fundraising dinners at Red Rooster, Daniel, and Gotham Bar & Grill. And, in the early days of his presidency, he had a dinner date at Blue Hill with the First Lady, and a lunch meeting with President Bill Clinton at Il Mulino — solid picks, all around. No word yet on what the menu will be like, but hopefully Dan Kluger's killer mushroom pizza will make an appearance.
