Flo Fab reports that Prime Butcher Baker, a new kosher butcher and prepared food shop on the Upper East Side, is set to open on Wednesday. And Urban Daddy adds that the shop will transform into a private chef's table/all you can eat feast for 12 after it closes to the public in the early evening.
