Juliet Supper Club has been trying to fight off an eviction by its landlord for the past few months. But the violence-plagued club, which has been closed for three weeks per a court agreement, has decided to give up its fight to stay open. The Real Deal reports that the club's attorneys withdrew a lawsuit yesterday that was seeking to stop the eviction proceedings, leaving Juliet with few remaining options to remain in business.

The club has been riddled with scandal since its opening and was shut down for a week for violating the city's smoking ban and was also the site of violent incidents that left two clubgoers dead.
