The Fourth Annual Hottest Chef in New York competition begins now. To start things off, last year's champion and current top seed Vikas Khanna of Junoon restaurant faces our lower seeds: Marc Forgione of Marc Forgione restaurant, Bryan Hunt of Riverpark, and Richard Capizzi, the pastry chef at Lincoln on the Upper West Side. The victor will join the upcoming winners of round one in the next set of heats. Voting ends in 24 hours.
