A few weeks ago, Graydon Carter and partners Emil Varda and Brett Rasinski finally opened the doors to their revamp of the storied Beatrice Inn. Carter and Co. have created an old-school American restaurant with a bar in the front, an airy dining room in the back, and another cozy dining room off to the side. The menu from Per Se vet Brian Nasworthy includes lamb chops, a roasted chicken, a shrimp cocktail, a burger and several steaks. If you really want to impress your date, order the $140 American wagyu for two.
